What to do if you change your mind
So your delivery from The Goodnight Society has arrived, but it’s not quite right. Maybe it’s the wrong size, or the wrong fit, or you just don’t really like it. We get it, it happens sometimes.
If you do change your mind, we’re very happy to refund or exchange full-price items if:
- you return them to us, with your receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
- the garments are in original condition – unwashed, unworn, and with their tags still attached.
When returning them to us, please let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange by writing us a little note on your receipt. All refunds will exclude any postage costs. If we are unable to exchange the exact item you have requested, we will contact you to discuss your options, including supplying an alternative item, credit note or refund.
Got it on sale? We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless they’re faulty, but if you do change your mind on a sale item, we’ll happily exchange it for a credit note. Because we just want you to be happy and #haveagoodnight.
What to do if it’s faulty
If you receive a product that you deem faulty or damaged in any way, or it’s not as you ordered, that’s a mistake on our behalf. Yep, we make mistakes sometimes too!
Please note that as our products are handmade in India, there may be some small printing errors on your garment. We like to think that these are what makes each and every product truly one-of-a-kind.
But if you do think your garment has a fault and it’s just not good enough, or it’s not what you ordered, please email us at email@example.com to let us know what the problem is. We’ll then work with you to get the garment returned at no cost to you, and get a refund or replacement to you as soon as possible.

Return postage is at your own cost, unless we’ve agreed its faulty or not what you ordered. If you’re worried about your delivery making it back to us, we recommend you send it registered post.
